• Real Estate Services: Madison Reis is a licensed real estate agent in the State of California (DRE #02270557), brokered by eXp Realty. All services related to the search for, evaluation of, negotiation for, or transaction of real property (i.e., land acquisition, selling, or renting) are provided solely in her capacity as a REALTOR®. These services are subject to a separate brokerage agreement and are governed by the rules and regulations of the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).
   

• Project Management Consulting: SoCal Land + Homes provides non-licensed, administrative, and coordinative consulting services for Owner-Builders. We are not a licensed General Contractor and do not perform or supervise construction. Our role is strictly to provide guidance and administrative support to you, the Owner-Builder. All construction work, including the hiring of licensed subcontractors, is the sole responsibility of the Owner-Builder and is governed by our separate Project Management Agreement.

 

3. No Guarantees Disclaimer
