I started SoCal Land + Homes for a simple reason: to be the guide I wished I had when I built my own home from scratch. I personally navigated every stage of the process—from finding and purchasing the raw land to managing the permits, financing, and utility installations long before breaking ground.

That hands-on experience, combined with my background as a marketing consultant for a home builder, gave me a unique, 360-degree understanding of the entire process. I learned what makes a piece of land truly buildable, how to anticipate budget challenges, and how to speak the language of contractors, city planners, and utility companies.
